Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Creative Learning Center (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Memberships and billing

Paid memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by law, payments cannot be refunded. The Pro Artist plan includes a 3 month minimum commitment as described at checkout.
Prices and plan features may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by sharing account access, infringing others' rights, posting unlawful or harmful content, or attempting to disrupt the platform.

Content and intellectual property

Course materials and platform content belong to Goldenmind Learning Center or its instructors and are licensed to you for your own personal learning, not for resale or commercial use. You retain ownership of content you post, and grant us a license to display it within the Service.

Community conduct

Be respectful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” Educational content is for general informational purposes and is not professional, financial, legal, or medical advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goldenmind Learning Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
